Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, Key AI is a month-to-month service. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any point from your Shopify admin panel without penalties.
How do the free trial work?
Starter, Growth, and Pro plans all come with a 14-day full-access trial. You won't be charged until the 15th day. You can revert to the Free plan anytime during the trial.
What counts as an "AI reply"?
Every customer message that reaches the bot triggers one AI reply — whether it's a profile question, a product recommendation, or a knowledge-base answer. Each AI reply counts as one unit toward your monthly quota. The counter resets every 30 days, and your own messages in Test & Train don't count.
